I am reaching out with a heavy heart for your help for my older brother Upendra Kumar Shah, who has recently been diagnosed with symptomatic aplastic anemia (SAA). In this rare and life-threatening condition, the body stops producing enough blood cells. We have spent ₹3,00,000 on his treatment so far, draining every resource of our family. But the total cost of the bone marrow transplant and ongoing care is ₹30,00,000 ice- an amount beyond our means.
