Practical in Action: Learning Beyond the Classroom!

Students of “Class-11" enjoying the practical of "Commercial Fruit Crop Production and Post Harvest Technology” of “Determination of Brix Percentage of Different Fruit Crops Found in the Local Market near Gandhi School.”

During this hands-on activity, students collected various fresh fruits from the nearby local market and analyzed their Total Soluble Solids (TSS) using a refractometer. This helped them understand the sweetness level (Brix %) and quality of fruits, which is crucial in post-harvest handling, grading, and marketing.

Plant Science Practical – Grade 11 🌱

Students of Gandhi Adarsha Secondary School carried out practicals on Soil Fertility & Nutrient Management.

🔬 Activities included:
• Determination of Soil texture by feel method
• Determination of Soil pH by paper method and pH meter.
