Dear Sir/Madam,
BCN-Birdlife Nepal is organizing the first Nepal-wide Neighbourhood Bird Count (using the Chhimeki Chara app). For a bird conservation campaign of Birdlife Nepal, we are looking for suitable partners in each district of Nepal, to promote and assist the Neighbourhood Bird Count (using the Chhimeki Chara app) among the public. The count is done on 19 February for only half an hour, from home by individuals, so it is also less vulnerable to the pandemic and other disruptions (whereas count from 18-21 February will be accepted). See the attachment for more explanation.

The app can also be fun at home.
Bird count instruction
1. Count birds at home on your own. Or, not farther than 5 minutes from your home. Avoid natural areas
2. Stay in one place.
3. Count for half an hour. Not more, not less
4. Try not to count same birds double
5. After counting, click save & exit
6. Go to "my counting lists"
7. Click "save and submit"

ISIF Asia launches USD 800,000 IPv6 grants

ISIF Asia has launched a USD 800,000 grant pool to support IPv6
deployment in the Asia Pacific.

The grants range between USD 30,000 and USD 250,000.

If you have been thinking about an IPv6 deployment project but were
worried about the cost, these grants may be exactly what you need.


Who can apply?
--------------

To be eligible for the grants, organizations must hold IPv6 address
space and be based in the Asia Pacific. The IPv6 deployment project
should also take place in an Asia Pacific economy.

The grants will be open to all industry types and stakeholder groups and
will prioritize support to proposals that maximize community benefit, in
particular those seeking funding to deploy IPv6 in unserved or
underserved communities, in rural or remote areas.
