📌 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✅Open and manage the office on a daily basis
✅Perform receptionist duties and handle front-desk operations
✅Communicate professionally with guests and clients
✅Perform basic administrative tasks
✅Maintain proper documentation and office records
✅Operate computer systems efficiently
✅Printing, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
✅Maintain office cleanliness and sanitation
📌 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
✅Minimum +2 or Bachelor’s degree preferred
✅Good knowledge of computer applications (especially MS Office)
✅Ability to communicate in English and Japanese will be an added advantage
✅Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅Responsible, disciplined, and well-organized
✅Must be punctual and able to manage time effectively
