Creation

General Background of Marigold Montessori
Founded in B.S. 2072, Marigold Montessori has been serving families in Center part of Bharatpur Municipality (i.e. Torikhet, Indrapuri, Narayanpur, Prembasti, Krishnapur, Parasnagar, Kesharbag, and Gitanagar) with authentic, child-centered education for over 10 years. We as the new management team got an opportunity to lift up its performance from 2079 and realized tangible changes. Stablished with a passion for nurturing young minds holistically, our school was established by Mr. Krishna Bahadur Pandey in Support of Sharada Bhandari a-certified Montessori educator with 25 years of working experience in child centered community development organization i.e. “Plan International Nepal” and two years in “Plan International Fiji” in early childhood development and care.
Based on Dr. Maria Montessori's scientifically-proven philosophy, we've created more than just a preschool - we've built a thriving learning community where children aged 2.5 to 5 years develop academic foundations, life skills, and social-emotional intelligence through self-directed exploration.
The notable features of our Montessori are sunlit classrooms, outdoor learning gardens, specialized Montessori materials designed to inspire child centered homely environment and hygiene along with the nutrition packed foods.

As we (the new management team)'ve started from just 8 students and 2 staff members and grown up to 70, students and 12 Staff members including dance and music teachers along with 8 senior Montessori teachers as facilitators our core commitment remains unchanged: to honor each child's individual journey while fostering a tight-knit community of curious, compassionate learners. Today, Marigold Montessori stands as a premier Montessori institution of the municipality, working for the recognition.
We remain dedicated to preserving the integrity of Montessori education while thoughtfully adapting to the needs of 21st-century learners, preparing children not just for school, but for life.
