CITY NEPAL MONTESSORI TRAINING CENTER
Job Position: Montessori educator

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Plan, evaluate, and assign lessons.
-Prepare, administer, and grade tests, listen to oral presentations, and maintain classroom discipline.
-Use artwork(fine art and craft),creative thing and other tools to teach basic skills.
-Use play and hands-on teaching.
-Teach letter recognition, phonics, numbers, and awareness of nature and science.
-Grade papers and perform other administrative duties as needed.
-Create projects designed to enhance classes.
-Read and stay abreast of current topics in education.
-Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
-Prepare and distribute required reports.
-Observe and evaluate student's performance.
-Manage student behavior in the classroom by invoking approved disciplinary procedures.

QUALIFICATION You must be at least high schoool passed and trained in montessori programs.

You must have a very good command over written and spoken in English and Nepali languages.

You must understand the psychology of the kids and manoeuvre accordingly.

You must maintain a high level of hygine and present yourself in a decent attire.

OFFERS:
Basic salary:per month (Negotiable)
Working hours: full time (6 days a week)
