We at NIEM thought that engineering education now has to make changes in order to meet the demands which current times make on the engineering profession. Thus we educators as well as engineering faculty have to develop and also learn new ways of teaching and learning hence NIEM plan to refined and constantly upgraded for new and experienced educators alike.
