A nice surprise to close out the season wining this award as a para trainer.

First and foremost a big thank you to the athletes and support team from Trondheim Klatreklubb both in para-climbing and able body who allow me to grow and learn as a coach / trainer every week. They show me my weaknesses as a coach, but also my strengths by the great results they achieve through their hard work.

It is also very important to mention the team at Olympiatoppen Midt-Norge who support me and the athletes at every turn and help us grow as a team and individuals.

Without these athletes and experts around me these results would not be possible.

A team: Isak Ripman, Dina Eivik, Kim Rishaug, Sebastian Menze

B team will include two newcomers Fredrik Bjerkan and Ola Nygård.

Look forward to seeing you all at training for the coming season! Let’s go! 💪

All of these pictures tell a story of progression in the sport of para-climbing in Norway.

I am so proud to be a part of the journey in both a large or small capacity for most of these athletes, and this Norwegian championship is a great example of growth in our sport.

Congrats to those who worked their way to a medal and to the new athletes who are new and quickly developing in para-climbing.
