To be honest, I was not ready for this weekend. I had been super busy lately, and my mind was somewhere else when I entered the weekend. But as always, I felt welcomed and safe when I arrived Saturday morning. So, my only goal for this weekend was just to be present. I did not feel well prepared to welcome the participants, but it turned out to be another example of why I love the spirit of FL. I managed to be present and had some amazing moments in our group.

Each year we separate the participants into smaller tribes, facilitated by one host and a challenger, supported by the FL Oslo team.

When things get uncomfortable, what do you do? ๐ถโ๐ซ๏ธ
At our latest Aspire gathering with DNB, we focused on what helps teams grow and sustain momentum together. Over two days, one theme kept coming back: how we show up with and for each other defines the team.
We met at the beautiful House of Consciousness in Oslo, fueled by nourishing food from Jacob Roots, and spent two days digging into relational leadership: hashtag , hashtag , healthy hashtag , and moving with hashtag toward a shared direction.
We even had our own goosebump moment when Wenche Fredriksen led a powerful privilege walk that cracked open raw conversations about diversity and inclusion. It reminded us that thriving teams donโt ignore differences โ they acknowledge them, talk about them, and use them as fuel for stronger collaboration.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐น๐ฒ๐๐๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฐ๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ: Thriving teams are built, not born. They take courage, empathy, and leaders willing to lean in when it gets uncomfortable. Especially when it gets uncomfortable.

Rockโpaperโscissors. Serious leadership stuff ๐ชจ
When we kicked off the new DNB Aspire cohort this spring, Even Westerveld, DNBโs Chief People Officer, gave a raw, personal talk about his leadership journey. Then, instead of heading to his next meeting, he stuck around and jumped into a fierce rockโpaperโscissors tournament with the group.
It got loud. It got heated ๐ฅ
