These exercises target:
✔️ Foot intrinsic muscles
✔️ Ankle stability
✔️ Big toe alignment & control

Using a resistance band + tennis ball helps activate the small stabilizing muscles that are often neglected.

💡 Great for:
• Flat feet (fallen arches)
• Plantar fasciitis
• Big toe pain / bunions
• Weak or unstable ankles
• Overuse from running or long standing

Focus on slow, controlled movement — quality over quantity.

Your feet are your foundation. Train them accordingly 👣
