Meet Bianca!❤️

When Bianca arrived at Alfaskolen, she was a complete beginner. During her five weeks with us, she worked in our reception, joined a beginner Norwegian course—and discovered that learning Norwegian in Norwegian was much easier than she expected.

Although speaking German may have given her a small advantage. 👀

Thinking about starting Norwegian yourself? The Viking Challenge gives complete beginners a focused five-week introduction to everyday Norwegian, with classes three evenings per week.

Our newest blog is about what can happen when “I’ll learn later” quietly becomes a habit — and why the first step does not have to be dramatic.
