P&O-Day!

Last week, we hosted the People & Organization Day at BI, bringing together over 10 leading and unique companies for a day of insightful presentations, dynamic panel discussions, and valuable networking 🤩

The main goal of this day was to highlight the broad range of career opportunities and pathways available to our students in HR and organizational psychology — fields that are becoming increasingly important in both business and society!

The LOP Board is proud of what we can accomplish together through collaboration with other associations, units, and companies.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this day a success!

Gjensidige, Vipps and NG-Groups company presentations will be held in Norwegian.
While KPMG and Kvants company presentations will be held in English.

- Deltakelse vil gi deg verdifull intervjutrening og konstruktive tilbakemeldinger som garantert vil være til nytte i fremtidige jobbsøkerprosesser

- Selv om deltakelsen vil være nyttig i seg selv, vil du også få et gavekort på 1000kr som takk hjelpen med å gjøre dette til et bra intervjukurs

Drumroll, please! 🥁 Introducing our new board name, crafted to shine the spotlight on our master program.

On 12 April we are hosting the HR day together with ! This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about HR operations and the future workforce within the field.

The event will contain exciting company presentations from Hudson Nordic, Aon and Deloitte, which will give you valuable insights into career opportunities and interview tips. There will also be various companies on stands around campus. We end the day with a panel at 16.00, where different HR profiles will discuss and share their knowledge on the topic.

The event is open to everyone at BI, and is particularly relevant for those who want to explore opportunities within HR and improve at job interviews.

We will come back with more information about the program and the company presentations, but you can already register now and secure your place.
