What I like about jogging
The benefit of training outdoors for me is that I get clean fresh air and it takes away all the stress from everyday challenges.
You also get to choose where you want to run and it's for FREE ;)

I find that the best exercise I do, I do with my family. I invite my wife or kids or all of them and we have a walk in the forest. If it doesn’t feel like am getting enough training,
I do small intervals up the hills we encounter on the paths. Usually, four to six repetitions are good enough for me, then I top it off with the same amount of pushups.

It is not easy to be enthusiastic to do this every day, sometimes it's raining or snowing, and you feel insane to go out. But nature can and will impress you with its beauty in any weather, that is a promise.
I like to do small marathons two or three times a week. It varies in distance from 10 to 20 kilometres. I am lucky to have found my best jogging companion, his name is Mikkel and he is a 7-year-old border colly. He is the perfect trail dog and I can feed on his enthusiasm. So, if you need a push to get started, get a dog, and listen to his/her needs.
