I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of the renowned Chinese Godfather and Masterchef of Albalone. I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to his family and friends. He was a culinary icon and his talent will be sorely missed in the industry.

Master Yeung Koon Yat, the "King of Abalone," embarked on a remarkable journey to Hong Kong, where he flourished as a world-renowned chef, a true inspiration to all! With his indomitable spirit and dedication to cuisine and inspired chefs. He earned many honorable awards and has continued three Michelin stars restaurant.

Beyond his accolades, Master Yeung's selfless nature touched countless lives, guiding and sharing wisdom with younger generations. His contributions to the catering industry have paved the way for restaurant "Forum" to shine on the international stage! 🌟🌟🌟

Today, we honor his memory and cherish the delectable delicacies, strong work ethic, and invaluable wisdom he left behind. Let's carry on his legacy and continue his vision of culinary excellence. 🙏

Happy Chinese Dragon Boat Festival, everyone! 🐉🚣‍♂️

Today, we celebrate the legend of Qu Yuan, a revered poet and minister in ancient China, who tragically drowned himself in the river. To keep the fish and evil spirits away from his body, the people paddled boats, banged drums, and threw rice dumplings into the water.

One of the beloved traditions during this festival is to eat lotus leaf-wrapped glutinous rice, also known as zongzi. These savory treats are filled with sticky rice, pork belly, mushrooms, and other flavorful ingredients. The lotus leaf gives off an aromatic fragrance while steaming the rice, creating a delicious combination of taste and aroma.

So, grab a zongzi and join in on the festivities! 🎉 🎉
