Having a baby is a life changing event — amazing but also challenging — and it is essential to have good support. As an experienced Maternity Practitioner I offer help, information and support to ensure these precious early weeks are enjoyable and the load is lightened where needed. I can assist you with getting your baby into a routine or "go with the flow" if that is your preference. I am sensit

ive to different cultural and religious backgrounds and will meet your specific needs and requirements. My goal is to reassure you and help you to develop your parental skills so that you feel confident and competent in the day to day routine no matter if you want to breastfeed or use formula. I make sure that you get enough sleep and eat well so you can enjoy the bonding with your baby and the experience of becoming a family. Another possibilty is to hire me just for nights only to be able to sleep undisturbed and recover faster.
