Good news! All the recipes in the book “A Home Baker’s Guide to Food Science” can be found on our website Qspec.nl.
Although the book is the “why” baking works, our recipes is the “how” and that is given on recipes that are easy to follow.

My book is finished, and I am planning the day it will be released in South Africa!
The “A Home Baker’s Guide to Food Science” was written by combining our previous courses from La Petite Patisserie and bringing together the many questions from my students. The book was written over four years, in between all our work, emigration, and life itself.
I am grateful for Vickie de Beer for the foreword and Natasja Branca for the illustrations. Keep an eye on the social pages for more. 🌿
