ASAT presents: 2000’s Reloaded 💿✨

Join us on March 12 as we bring back the sounds and energy of the 2000s for a night of nostalgia and celebration. From classic HipHop and R&B to Afrobeats and Reggaeton, we’ll be playing the tracks that defined the era and still get everyone on the dancefloor.

2000’s Reloaded is a celebration of the music, style, and atmosphere of the 2000s. Whether you’re coming for the nostalgia, the fits, or simply a good night out with friends, this one’s for you.

Dress up in your best Y2K-inspired outfit if you’d like and come enjoy the night with us.

February marks Black History Month, a time to reflect on the struggles, triumphs, and contributions of Black individuals throughout history. This month is more than just a celebration—it’s a reminder of the resilience, culture, and impact of Black communities across the world.

Black History Month originated in 1926 as Negro History Week, founded by historian Carter G. Woodson, before expanding into a month-long recognition in 1976. Today, it serves as a time to educate, uplift, and amplify Black voices in all fields—arts, science, politics, activism, and beyond.

Join us this month as we honor Black excellence, acknowledge the past, and continue striving for a future of equality, representation, and justice. ✊🏾

To start off the semester we are collaborating with !!

Join us for an interesting event on wellbeing! As international students we all know culture shock, feelings of loneliness, or the pressure to perform.
Let’s tackle this together and gain some insight in how to build resilience and how to know what might need some attention in your life.

What to expect?

🔸A short introduction on mental wellbeing and why/how to foster resilience
🔸A contemplative practice to learn to notice what needs attention
🔸We will get to practice a bit of self-disclosure ánd empathic listening in a mindful conversation
🔸 Fun, snacks and connection!
