The team at Villa Bloom is made up of carefully selected childcare professionals who are highly experienced and truly dedicated to their profession. Villa Bloom childcare professionals are supported by a supervisor, a pedagogical
coach and a team of cleaners, all of whom are given additional training in Dutch and English, as well as in education and communication. We are located at six locations in The Hague and Wassenaar. Would you like to work at Villa Bloom? Two languages per group
Because of the bilingual nature of Villa Bloom, it is important that each childcare professional has an excellent command of both Dutch and English. In each group we have one childcare professional who consistently speaks Dutch and another who speaks English, so that the children are not confused in any way. Each group leader speaks her own native language, but is of course also fluent in her non-native tongue. Because the childcare professionals themselves are bilingual, your child will always be understood and is able to communicate in whichever language he or she chooses to.
