Whether you're new to menstrual cycle awareness or simply want to refresh your knowledge, this session is an opportunity to reconnect with the basics of the menstrual cycle, hormones, and reproductive anatomy in a supportive and judgment-free space.

We offer this session every year because we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to learn — or revisit - this essential knowledge.
