My story

Hi, I am Lucas from Switzerland and I am the faculty's official student ambassador for the Maastricht University's master's programme in Human Movement Sciences. During my bachelor’s programme in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Fribourg, I did a minor in Human Movement Sciences. Suddenly, everything fell into place. I’ve always been a sports fanatic and my favourite topics are performance, recovery and the role of nutrition and supplements. I think that sports and nutrition are a great way to prevent disease and live a healthy life. I would love to give advice to people who are motivated to adopt a healthy lifestyle and to athletes in general, acting as a translator of science and research. What's your challenge?
