I was happy to be asked to speak at the LVSA Conference this past week, hosted by Maastricht University.

It was my pleasure to host a session on speaking a second language with more self-confidence. I shared with the participants tips and tricks to face our fears and be BOLD!

Welcome! This is me, Gail Howard. An American women from Michigan. I have lived in The Netherlands for 35 years together with my husband and three daughters. What a wonderful country to live in! After years of traveling, raising a family and doing lots of other things I now return to what I like doing most - helping others speak English with confidence and ease. I started giving English lessons when my oldest daughter was in school. It was fascinating to watch adult students go from being shy and insecure about their language skills to confident happy communicators! I was hooked!!

Now I turned my passion into a business - Conversations with Gail - and I invite you and your friends to join me! I do this by talking with you about what's going on in your life; family, work, daily life, or whatever topic is on your mind. This way you practise while having a lively conversation with me.
