A few weeks ago I helped filming this chapter for New Imaging Co.

Yesterday, me and Gleb shot a small preview video for our smart environment study project.
Abandoned bikes are actually a massive problem in the Netherlands: 15000 abandoned bikes are removed yearly- in Amsterdam only!
During the last 10 weeks we have designed and 3D printed a smart device which detects how many bikes are parked and for how long they are parked on this spot. If they are parked longer than a certain period, a wifi signal is been sent to a computer/app and tells the user that the "now abandoned" bike can be removed.
