Description
Alongside your fellow student reporter you’ll be responsible for finding out what’s in the hearts and minds of our students. You’ll be tasked with creating short videos, interviewing UT employees and students, writing short web texts and more. You’ll also be responsible for publishing and promoting the final product among UT students.

Tasks
- Finding suitable subjects for content
- Filming interviews and other content
- Writing short (web) texts
- Managing and publishing existing content aimed at students
- Working together with your colleague reporter Requirements - Curiosity and a can-do attitude
- Outgoing without being camera shy
- Strong Dutch and English communication skills, verbally and in writing.
- Creative and out of the box thinker
- Experience with social media and media editing is a pre

Twente Academy is looking for studentassistents who want to give a workshop on the basics of arduino to high school students. These workshops will be spread throughout the year and will take 2-3 hours. Within this tutorial the students will learn how to build a bicycle light (aka one/multiple flashing LED).
Minimal requirements for the job:
- Understand the basics of arduino
- Understand Dutch questions, (you don't need to speak Dutch if you can't)

Vacature: Voorlichter Study Information Centre
De afdeling Marketing & Communicatie zoekt voor het Study Information Centre (=SI) nieuwe studentvoorlichters. Voor een groot gedeelte voor het 1e kwartiel in het nieuwe studiejaar, maar we zoeken nu de nieuwe kandidaten (en kun je al wat eerder beginnen, dan is dat mooi meegenomen).

We willen graag de opleidingen zo breed mogelijk vertegenwoordigd hebben binnen het Study Information Centre, hier houden we met de selectie van kandidaten rekening mee. Met name studentvoorlichters van de opleidingen CREATE, ST, EPA en TW worden uitgenodigd te solliciteren.

Taken die in ieder geval binnen het SI vallen zijn vraagafhandeling van studiezoekers (BSc, MSc, nationaal, internationaal en oog voor Techniekmeiden) en administratieve ondersteuning zoals b.v. voorraadbeheer, uitgifte voorlichtingsmateriaal en autobeheer. Daarnaast worden studentvoorlichters van het Office ingezet bij UT-brede (scholen)voorlichtingen. Daarvoor worden studentvoorlichters binnen het Study Information Centre professioneel getraind. De studentvoorlichters moeten werk en studie goed kunnen combineren d.w.z. beschikbaar zijn om te kunnen werken in shifts en voorlichtingen te kunnen geven. Werktijden (1 dagdeel per week of per 2 weken) worden in overleg met je ingepland en je weet ruim van tevoren wanneer je dus staat ingepland. Er wordt dus echt wel rekening gehouden met je lesrooster.

De studentvoorlichters werken gemiddeld 1 shift (4 uur) per week of per 2 weken en gaan daarnaast af en toe naar scholen toe om studievoorlichting te geven. Tevens werken ze voor het Study Information Centre tijdens de Open dagen.
