Alles is energie en neutraal.
In de neutrale staat stroomt energie met een zeer lichte (verlichte) vibratie. We zijn dan in "flow".
Als we lichamelijke en/of psychische klachten hebben, gedraagt energie zich niet meer neutraal (onbelast) en heeft het een bevangen en tragere vibratie. Het stroomt niet meer optimaal. De zware vibratie zorgt voor blokkades in de energie flow. Als je jezelf of een ander een Reiki behandeling geeft, verlicht de Reiki vibratie je blokkades, ze lossen op. Blokkades bestaan uit zware energieladingen. Acute klachten genezen direct. Chronische klachten maken een healing proces door. Reiki vervangt geen medische behandelingen. Bij ernstige klachten altijd in overleg met je arts(en). Reiki is makkelijk te leren en te gebruiken. Makkelijk te geloven, want "eerst Zien, dan Geloven" maakt Reiki voor jou geleidelijk waar. Met Reiki krijgt je niets nieuws. Iedereen heeft helende energievibraties. Kinderen hebben het nog optimaal (voel maar hoe heerlijk de handjes van kleine kinderen aanvoelen als ze je aanraken). Bij een Reiki inwijding wordt jouw genezend vermogen actiever, door jou zelf geinitieerd, klaar voor gebruik. De Reikimaster is slechts een tussenpersoon met Reiki toepassingservaring. Alle genezing is zelf genezing. Reiki voelt heerlijk aan! Verzacht pijnen, ruimt weerstanden op. Innerlijke rust en dankbaarheid worden voelbaar.

If you exist now, your existence is eternal:

Time and Space are illusions. (But your experiences within Time/Space are "real".)
There is only Here/Now.

3 The All is one, and the One is all.
Just as each tiny section of a hologram contains the information for the entire
hologram, likewise we are all inter-connected.
Everything is truly just one totally-interconnected "thing".

4 What you put out is what you get back.
The "outside" is a reflection of the "inside".
Physical reality is actually a mirror:
Your physical reality is just a holographic reflection of
what you most strongly believe to be true. And like a mirror, physical reality
will not change unless you change first (change what you most strongly believe).

5 The only constant in the universe is change -
except for the first 4 postulates, which never change.
So.....might as well get used to eternally-changing Creation.

YOU ARE NEVER FAR FROM HEALING

You are never far from healing,
for healing is not a destination.
It is more like a remembering;
a constant invitation.

It is like the Sun; always there,
yet sometimes hidden
by innocent clouds.

When you feel far from healing,
when doubt rages, and sorrow fills your being,
and pain stings and burns;
when yesterday's joys seem so far away,
and tomorrow's happiness is a distant fantasy;
when you feel like you're living the wrong life,
and nothing seems possible,
stop, just for a moment.

Bring your attention out of past and future.
Invite curiosity into the moment.
Into the body, the breath.
This living scene. This day, this hour.

What's it like to be alive, just for a moment?

Can you feel your feet on the earth?

Can you feel your belly rise and fall?

What if you're not far from healing?

What if you're not actually broken?

What if healing IS presence?

This timeless sense of being alive?

What if the future is unknown, and your fears are all in your mind?

What if the Sun never stops shining,
even as the storm rages?

In Siddhartha, Herman Hesse writes, “Within you there is a stillness, a sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time and be your Self”.

This sanctuary is a simple awareness of calmness, which can’t be violated by the turmoil of events. In this space there is no guilt, trauma or hurt. It is the healing space that one finds in meditation.

This place I found and still find when giving myself or giving to some other, a Reiki treatment! Sometimes it's deep and sometime it's just relaxing. Do it every day!
