Op 9 april verzamelen Slow Food Professionals zich in De eetbare siertuin van Mergenmetz voor een inspirerende middag over… chocolade! 🍫
Norbert Mergen, medeoprichter van ClearChox en expert op het gebied van eerlijke en duurzame chocolade, neemt ons mee in de fascinerende wereld van dit zwarte goud. Van de oorsprong van cacaobonen tot de impact van transparante handelsketens. 🌍

Excited! About this load of Luisa Abram chocolate from Brazil that arrived safely in our warehouse yesterday. It is a completely new brand in our range and we love it to bits. Made by a family-owned company in Sao Paulo, from cacao harvested wild along Amazon basin river banks, it ticks all our boxes. Since the funeral of our co-founder, Edmond Brown, we have taken a step back from social media. We felt it was important to take this time to honor his memory privately and support our team and community as we all processed this loss.
As we resume our posts, we want to thank you for your understanding and compassion during this period of mourning. Your support has been a comfort to us all, and we are grateful to have such a caring community.
