A small, warm moment ✨
While listening to this episode of the Intercultural Toolbox Podcast, which a training colleague shared with me.

⭐ Warsztat online (PL): Relokacja jako rytuał przejścia – między stratą a odrodzeniem

Po relokacji często wszystko wygląda „w porządku” z zewnątrz.
Nowe miejsce, nowe obowiązki, codzienność jakoś się układa.
A jednak wiele osób doświadcza jednego, bardzo konkretnego problemu: poczucia bycia pomiędzy – bez pełnego zakorzenienia, bez poczucia przynależności.

Ten warsztat powstał właśnie z takich doświadczeń.

Podczas spotkania Sylwia Jankowska zaprosi uczestników do spojrzenia na relokację nie jako na logistyczną zmianę, ale jako rytuał przejścia – proces, który naturalnie łączy stratę z możliwością odrodzenia i nowego sensu.
