Quarantine tips&tricks🌿 I know it’s difficult to stay in shape when you spend the whole day at home but I would like to share some useful tips with you: 💚start your day with simple exercises in bed (100 times) + spend 5-10 minutes on vacuum 💚do squats during the day: when you brush your teeth- 50 times, when you don’t know what to do- 50 times, before every meal- 50 times! By the end of the day you’ll make 250-400 squats without noticing🌰 💚Dance in front of the mirror💃🏻 It’s also a kind of cardio! Put on your favourite energetic music and a little bit of clothes! Enjoy! (minimum 30min what is only 6 songs)🤗 Stay safe & stay healthy🙏🏼

I decided to make Vitamins-overview at least 2 times per week. Self isolation is one of the best ways to fight the virus 🦠 but self isolation with healthy food and vitamins is even better💁🏻♀️ Today i want to talk about Vitamin E. It is an antioxidant that protects cell membranes and other fat-soluble parts of the body, such as LDL cholesterol from damage. Vitamin E helps to maintain a healthy immune system and other body processes. Where can you find it? In vegetable oils, avocado, leafy green vegetables, sunflower seeds, nuts, peanut butter. But be careful with fats: it’s very easy to take more than you need. I’m talking about nuts mainly))☝🏼 Natural drug😅 And don’t forget to soak nuts before eating. It’s better for digestion and for avoiding bacteria etc. Always ready to help, JBS🐞

We live in a difficult time now🤷🏻♀️ Whatever it is: mass panic, information attack, economy disaster or a virus itself 🦠 our health is our priority. Take more fruits and vegetables, make green smoothies, have a good sleep and stay relaxed💚 People should help people and fight the virus instead of fighting with each other and spreading the virus💁🏻♀️👀

While my “photographer” was taking this picture he asked me not to do it anymore🤣 It is vacuum and I think every healthy person should do it☝🏼 It will take you couple of minutes in the morning on empty stomach💁🏻♀️ If you have stomach hernia you shouldn’t do it (although I did and I’m almost sure it didn’t do any damage) but for the rest- it’s an amazing exercise for a fLat belly🤟🏼I’m still not a vacuum expert, I’ve seen girls who can do impressive moves with their bellies👀 But I’m not like that I do classic version and it really works! There is always smth to complain about my body but I have no abs complaints🤗 Hope you also won’t🥰

Don’t underestimate stretching☝🏼 Because: ▪️It decreases muscle stiffness and increases range of motion. ▪️It may reduce your risk of injury. A flexible muscle is less likely to become injured if you have to make a sudden move. ▪️Helps relieve post-exercise aches and pains. After a hard workout, stretching your muscles helps keep them loose and lessens the shortening and tightening effect that can lead to post-workout aches and pains. ▪️Improves posture. Stretching the muscles of the lower back, shoulders and chest helps keep your back in better alignment and improves your posture. ▪️Helps to reduce or manage stress. Well-stretched muscles hold less tension and, therefore, can help you feel less stressed. ▪️Reduces muscular tension and enhances muscular relaxation. Stretching allows your muscles to relax. ▪️Improves mechanical efficiency and overall functional performance. Because a flexible joint requires less energy to move through a wider range of motion, a flexible body improves overall performance by creating more energy-efficient movements. ▪️Prepares the body for the stress of exercise. Stretching prior to exercise allows your muscles to loosen up and become better able to withstand the impact of the activity you choose to do. ▪️Promotes circulation. Stretching increases blood supply to your muscles and joints, which allows for greater nutrient transportation and improves the circulation of blood through your entire body. ▪️Decreases the risk of low-back pain. Flexibility in the hamstrings, hip flexors and muscles attached to the pelvis relieves stress on the lumbar spine, which in turn reduces your risk of low-back pain💁🏻♀️ Make a rule: 10 minutes of stretching every morning, 5 min before and 5 after the training👊🏼 It won’t take you long before you see the result🙏🏼 I’m with you🤗
