Understanding Mentoring Schemes and their Coordination
Research project carried out by the STAMINa Mentoring Network funded by Higher Education Innovation Fund at Oxford Brookes University.

The research will explore how mentoring schemes are managed and operated and the skills and support received by those who run mentoring schemes. Formal mentoring schemes are evident across a range of sectors and are widely recognised as valuable developmental interventions in various settings. However, there is limited research on mentoring scheme management and the support mentoring scheme coordinators receive to operate schemes.

We are seeking
Mentoring scheme coordinators and managers who develop or operate mentoring schemes

What it will involve
Participation will involve completion of an online survey and will take around 35-40 minutes. All data will be anonymised before inclusion in the thesis and subsequent publications.

When will this take place?
The survey will be available between January and July 2019
