Stretch Pose 🔥
Flat on your back, legs six inches up, core on fire.. and somehow you’re supposed to breathe? Yes. That’s exactly the point. This one builds serious strength at the navel center and teaches your nervous system to chill out even when everything is burning. Uncomfortable? A little. Life-changing? Absolutely.
Upward Plank 💪
Chest up, hips high, pretend you love it. This full-body powerhouse opens the heart, fires up every muscle you forgot you had, and somehow manages to feel like both a workout and a prayer. Your arms will shake. Do it anyway.
Ego Eradicator ✨
Arms up, thumbs to the sky, breath of fire going brrr. Your shoulders will protest around minute two — that’s when the magic starts. Equal parts cardio, meditation, and gentle reminder that you’re stronger than your excuses. Morning coffee? Never heard of it.

It’s incredible how 1 year passed by so fast since I opened my own practice in Amsterdam Oost.
It’s been challenging and rewarding.
I have grown so much as a teacher and business owner.
I’m blessed with the most loyal people joining every week my space (my students 🤍).
Seeing their journey, their progress, their questions.. I couldn’t have pushed myself alone so far.

Let me do some arm pumps before I loose my s*it
When I’m lazy or tired physically it doesn’t mean I can’t nourish my body and soul.
I can always do it through mantra.
I shift vibration. I remove stagnation. The strongest tool to work directly in your mind.
It is okay not having a clear intention for every practice. Just doing it can bring you the insight you needed.
