I’ve dedicated 15 years and 10,000 hours to teaching, research, and personal exploration to create this training. In my life I experienced numbness, fear of intimacy, afraid of vulnerability, unable to express myself, unable to set boundaries, r**e where I thought it was my fault, body-shame, trauma after birth, and many more unfortunate events. I went through almost every therapy modality, spiritual practice, educational program. But in the end all the answers lie within the intelligence of the body itself, and faith in our Creator. Healing is a life journey.

It’s such a private thing: how to experience Intimacy. It has so much to do with connection, rhythm, compassion, communication, self worth, surrender, receptivity, trust, safety and relaxation.

The training that will start in 3 weeks will be an intimate one. Where there is much time spend on these topics. How to make your life more intimate with yourself, your (upcoming) partner, your friends, with God, or that aspect that is bigger than you.

We will look at how you are experiencing intimacy right now. How is the state of your body and nervous system. What does intimacy mean to you, how do you describe it, what is your longing and biggest desire? Is there a polarity shift going on in your love life? Where you take on the masculine role? Or are you in a functional freeze?

This undoubtedly will also stir up painful memories. We will take a journey together as sisters/brothers to go deeper into this.

We will be using methods like ta**ra, constellation work, inquiry, polarity, dance, touch, NVC and we work with men as our mirror and opportunity to re-wire into a healthy passionate intimate life.

The electricity of polarity between men and women is a multifaceted concept that encompasses spiritual dimensions. Understanding and appreciating these polarities can lead to deeper connections and more harmonious relationships, enriching the human experience.
