When we keep living from the pain that made us close our hearts, we keep giving our brain the same conclusions to close.
Life is hard.
Money is hard.
People will hurt me.
I have to protect myself.
I have to work hard for everything I want.
And the brain does exactly what it is designed to do: it keeps closing those loops.
We keep recreating experiences from the very point of view that once made us close our hearts.
But what happens when we begin to live from the question instead?
Have you noticed how quickly everything turns around for me now?
Have you noticed how you effortlessly pull kind and caring people into your life?
When did I become someone who receives money so easily?
What else is possible here that I haven’t even considered yet?
The question opens the loop, and now your brain starts looking for ways to answer it.
You begin noticing possibilities, opportunities, people, ideas and experiences that confirm the question you are living from.
But for this to really land, your nervous system needs to feel safe enough to receive the new. Because possibility is unfamiliar.
And sometimes we would rather choose the comfortable suffering we already know than open ourselves to something we cannot predict.
So this isn’t about forcing yourself to “think positive.”
It’s about creating enough safety in your body to open your heart again.
To receive.
To not know.
To allow the invisible to become visible.
To choose what you want to create with — and what you don’t.
And from there, you can begin recreating your life from a completely different point of view.
You notice things you couldn’t see before.
You experience things you couldn’t have predicted.
You remember that you were never meant to live only from what you already know.
💚You remember how colors taste
🦋 You hear butterflies sing
☁️ And you remember the taste of the clouds
✨ This month, we’re discovering this magic together in The Heart Centered Woman Community
Come experience it for yourself!
