Inclusive participation is not about forcing every learner to perform in the same way.

It is about preserving the learning objective while offering realistic routes into the activity.

Before an activity, consider:
➡️Does this task mainly test knowledge, or does it accidentally test speed and confidence?
➡️Could learners prepare before speaking?
➡️Could they contribute through writing first?
➡️Could they choose a role?
➡️Could the whole-group discussion begin with ideas collected from pairs?

Different routes do not mean different levels of respect.

Sometimes a small structural change allows a learner to show knowledge that was always present but previously invisible.
