This is a 2-day immersion where we explore profound connection, touch into what is most essential, and renew a sense of wonder and aliveness.

Through simple but powerful relational meditation practices, people often experience becoming more loving, expressed, connected, and alive. Sometimes this brings flow states, synchronicities, and deep moments of insight and transformation.

What to expect:
Transformational Connection and Surrendered Leadership are relational meditation practices where we bring gentle, precise attention to how we are with ourselves and each other — opening space for more authenticity, depth, and presence in connection.

The weekend will be led by me, Winde and together with a team of certified facilitators. I feel excited that there are some people flying in from abroad especially to be part of this event.

Surrendered Leadership & Transformational Connection Nights A Special Edition with Guest Leader Lucie Baudon

And I’m happy to announce Lucie Baudon is able to lead the evening tonight.

A former member of our leadership team until June 2024, Lucie is a dance performer and director of the contemporary dance group The Kosmonauts. Deeply committed to authentic connection in both movement and relationships, she discovered the practice of Transformational Connection in 2016 and has been integrating it into her dance work and facilitating it regularly ever since. Her presence is a true gift, and I deeply appreciate her grounded, embodied leadership.

Hi, Winde Here,

I want to share how this New Year’s gathering gently arranged itself. For a while, I’d had the intention to lead my own event before the end of the year — even if it would just be in my living room. At the same time, I wasn’t sure yet what I wanted to do for New Year’s Eve. I felt this longing to be closer to nature, to be somewhere quieter, but I didn’t know where or how that would unfold.

And then suddenly everything fell into place, when John asked if someone wanted to lead a New Year’s gathering at the Hub, and it felt like these two things I had been holding — my wish to lead something and my longing to be in nature — came together in one clear moment. It felt aligned, synchronous, like life arranging something that was already waiting to happen.

So I’m incredibly excited to invite you to join us in Portugal and celebrate the New Year together. It’s just 30 minutes from Lisbon, nestled in a peaceful little village. Not only to gather and enjoy each other’s company, but to be in a practice I deeply love — to explore connection, presence and the magic that becomes possible when a group steps into this field together.

I’ll be assisted by Filip, and I feel really happy about that. We’ve been through three SAS’s together, so at this point we’ve seen each other’s brilliance, breakdowns, breakthroughs, awkward edges — you name it. And yet we still enjoy meeting each other, so clearly something good is happening there, right?! And somehow we keep showing up for more, so I’m sure we’ll meet each other in new and surprising ways again.

Maybe you’re also looking for a way to celebrate New Year’s Eve that’s close to nature, meaningful, and held with people who care about conscious connection. If so, I’d love for you to join us.
