HOW ARE YOU? // When was the last time you checked in with yourself? How’s your mind? How’s your body? Sit with yourself and feel all the feels. After, I want you to ask yourself: What sets your soul on fire? What makes you happy?
I challenge you to do three little things this weekend FOR YOURSELF. Something which makes your body, mind and soul feel good. It can be the simplest things like going for a walk, enjoying sunshine, reading a book, eating good food or spending time with your loved ones. Comment your three little things down below! Share your ideas and let’s get inspired by others 🧡
Ps. If you don’t know what could make your body feel good, come and join me tomorrow morning at 11:00 am (GMT+03) for Energizing Flow! I guarantee good feels and high vibes. More details in the schedule.

MEDITATION // So simple, yet so difficult.
How often do you pause and see what’s going on your mind? 🧠 Most of us would probably answer: hardly ever. And I get it, it’s usually a bit chaotic space. So many thoughts, ideas, worries and emotions going by. It can feel overwhelming. However, it’s your mind. Your mind is important part of you and it’s connected to both your body and soul. If you don’t feel comfortable with your mind, maybe it’s time to learn.
There are many different styles and techniques to meditation and all of them are equally beautiful and right. Anything which forces you to focus your mind on your awareness and let go of any thoughts or emotions that arise is a form of meditation.
Meditation increases self-awarness and reduces stress and anxiety. Constant practise will help you to get in touch with your intuition, as known as unconscious decision-making processes.
Simple way to start with is a basic sitting and focusing on breathing. 🧘🏼 Find a comfortable seated position where you can keep your spine straight. I suggest to sit cross-legged and put a pillow or a bit cushion under your sitting bones. Set a timer for 5-15 minutes. Place your hands softly on your lap and close your eyes.
I like to start with couple deeper breaths to fully arrive to the moment. Deep breaths relax the body and helps to find comfort. I start with a little mindfulness practice to check in with myself. Observing where I am today with myself, noticing how’s my body feeling, how’s my mind, what am I feeling. Acknowledging the current state and letting it be as it is. After a while, I start to concentrate on my breath. With the help of breath I can start letting go of any thoughts or emotions. The mind is calm and I’m fully present. I’ll continue breathing and being aware in the present moment until the timer goes off.
The mind may still wander and it sure will wander. Thoughts and emotions will come and go but concentration on breathing will help you to come back to the present moment and ease the mind. Being fully aware and calming the mind is not easy. Practise and be gentle to yourself. ✨
