So excited to launch a brand new course, Connected, at ⚡ Spanning four evenings in April and May, this experiential course is for GBTQ men+ who want to deepen their relationship to their body, their s*xuality, and their capacity for authentic intimate connection with other men.
Over two months, you will meet with the same group, allowing trust, familiarity, and depth to grow naturally. Each session combines embodied/experiential practices, structured partner exercises, and ta***ic rituals designed to help you slowly let down your guard, and open up to other men 💗
You’ll learn practical tools for slowly deepening intimacy over time. So whether you’re meeting guys on Grindr, or already in a long-term relationship, you can feel more connected to your partners 👬
You’ll get more clarity on what you actually want from intimacy - and how to get it - rather than just what you see presented in mainstream gay culture.
Through ta***ic rituals, you will explore themes such as safety, desire, power, vulnerability, trust, identity, self-expression, and spirituality 🖤 The practices in these evenings will not only help you deepen intimacy with other men; you’ll also discover how intimacy can be a powerful laboratory for exploring key aspects of who you are, how you connect with others, and your relationship with yourself.
Between sessions, you will receive optional at-home practices to support your integration and deepen what you’ve learned 📓

Amsterdam! 📆 Thursday 9 April - This will be the last Intro to Ta**ra workshop that I run for a while.
This has been a consistently popular offering, but I’m making space for new ideas and concepts to come through in the coming months.
So if you’ve been waiting for your chance to try out Ta**ra, *this is it* ❤️🔥
In this Intro evening, you’ll explore intimacy practices to connect with other GBTQ men+ beyond the surface. You’ll learn new ways of giving and receiving touch, to connect your s*xual energy with your heart and discover new forms of pleasure in your body. You’ll see how pleasure and s*xual energy can be deeply connective and even healing. And you’ll get to meet a group of other GBTQ men+ who are looking to do the same.
This workshop will involve optional nudity. All touch is optional and we emphasize consent in order to create a strong container of safety for everyone involved.
No one is turned away for lack of funds. If cost is a barrier, DM me and we’ll find an exchange that works for you ✨

I’m so delighted to be collaborating again with on two very special events in Amsterdam.
First, S*x Beyond the Rush 🔥
We all know the feeling - leaving a s*xual encounter only to immediately feel the urge for more. The next hookup, the next chat, the next man.
This day is all about slowing down, so you can *enjoy more*.
You’ll explore new ways to connect, to touch and be touched.
You’ll learn how to move your s*xual energy through your body till you’re buzzing with arousal, pleasure, and desire.
You’ll learn how to hold your arousal so that you don’t feel rushed to release, but can continue playing and playing and playing…
Then on 12 April our first play party! LoveFreq was born from a longing for a q***r men’s high-energy dance party where our Eros could be celebrated. Not only in the dark room basement, but in the light - in the same room as our gorgeous dancing.

And in April - Connected - a brand new course at . This course spans four evenings in April and May, and is a chance to deepen your connection with an intimate community of GBTQ men+. ❧ How do we, as gay/bi/trans/q***r men* move out of competition with one another, and into a brotherhood that celebrates our uniqueness and honors our hearts?
❧ How do we challenge a culture that insists that we aren’t enough? And in doing so, discover a deep sense of belonging, connection and camaraderie.
❧ How can we use pleasure and our Er0s as a way to connect deeply with one another and build community, rather than using our s*xuality to reinforce hierarchies and status?
❧ How can we learn to receive touch and pleasure as ways to feel deeply loved and cared for, rather than objectified or used?
