So excited to launch a brand new course, Connected, at ⚡ Spanning four evenings in April and May, this experiential course is for GBTQ men+ who want to deepen their relationship to their body, their s*xuality, and their capacity for authentic intimate connection with other men.

Over two months, you will meet with the same group, allowing trust, familiarity, and depth to grow naturally. Each session combines embodied/experiential practices, structured partner exercises, and ta***ic rituals designed to help you slowly let down your guard, and open up to other men 💗

You’ll learn practical tools for slowly deepening intimacy over time. So whether you’re meeting guys on Grindr, or already in a long-term relationship, you can feel more connected to your partners 👬

You’ll get more clarity on what you actually want from intimacy - and how to get it - rather than just what you see presented in mainstream gay culture.

Through ta***ic rituals, you will explore themes such as safety, desire, power, vulnerability, trust, identity, self-expression, and spirituality 🖤 The practices in these evenings will not only help you deepen intimacy with other men; you’ll also discover how intimacy can be a powerful laboratory for exploring key aspects of who you are, how you connect with others, and your relationship with yourself.

Between sessions, you will receive optional at-home practices to support your integration and deepen what you’ve learned 📓
