How does S1MONE work?
All spaces in apartments rented out by SMG Housing are equipped with a QR code sticker that allows faults and repair requests to be submitted. The tenant scans the QR code and submits a notification via WhatsApp. The notification arrives complete with photo or video in the dashboard of SMG Housing.
SMG Housing selects a maintenance party and schedules the work. For each report a complete digital file is built up. During the handling reporter, the maintenance party and SMG Housing are kept informed through status updates. Thanks to S1MONE, SMG Housing receives complete reports and tenants can be helped quickly. Telephone traffic, e-mails and login details are no longer needed.
