I’m excited to be appointed as Head Coach of the U18 Girls.
This role will run alongside my role as headcoach women1 at HC Tilburg 🐿️

Working with this group, supporting their development, and building something strong as a team is a challenge I’m truly motivated by.

👨🏼‍🎓🆙 Olympic Experience

In April, I had the chance to share the field with , and it made a real impact.

You could feel his Olympic background running through every detail of the training. His approach was fully player-centered: each part of the session was designed around the athletes, not the other way around. The message was clear: empower people, and performance follows.

His “Willen Winnen” talk was one of those moments that provide a clear summary of a long, high-level coaching career. He broke things down with so much clarity on leadership, team dynamics, and communication. It made me reflect on what really drives high-level performance.

When he shared his time in Belgium, I recognized parts of my own journey. It truly hit home. I was especially curious about his new chapter as head coach of the women, shaping a strong team identity and driving their next level of performance.

We also spoke about team building, especially the selection process. He shared a powerful idea: choosing players who bring value not only on the field, but even more off it. People who elevate the group, raise the standard, and make others better. That message stayed with me.

This day with Raoul Ehren will stay in my mind.

24/25 indoor season was such an unforgettable experience. With we built up a long path to get promoted back to hoofdklasse.
I was honored to get the trust of the club and it was really fun to involve these players and staff members

🇺🇸🇫🇷 Yesterday, I was invited by to coach a technical session
My chosen theme was the backhand control and shot to help players grow technical skills that are useful at any point during a game. It was truly interesting coaching during their European tour!

🫡👋🏽 After several seasons at Royal Orée, I am stepping up a level with a new challenge.
I'm leaving Royal Orée with these under my belt:
🦾 1 final4 in Men's Honour Division outdoor
🏆 2 Belgian champions titles in U19Girls1 indoor
🥇 1 champion title in 2nd Division in U14Girls1 outdoor
