PARENTS' CORNER: INSIGHTFUL SPEECH BY A PTA EXECUTIVE MEMBER
Watch this powerful and thought-provoking presentation by one of our distinguished PTA Executive Members during our recent Speech and Prize Giving Day!
Key Highlights from the Speech:
A Balanced & Functional Education: True education must strike a balance nurturing a child spiritually, morally, and academically. It should teach Islamic values (knowing Halal and Haram) while empowering students with modern knowledge in Physics, Mathematics, History, and Problem-Solving Computer Skills to navigate today’s world.
Parents as Role Models: Children learn by example. The way we dress, speak, and act serves as a live blueprint for our children. As parents, we must actively instill the love for knowledge, Quranic recitation, mosque attendance, and listening to Islamic lectures into our daily lives.
Building the next generation requires a strong partnership between the school and home. Together, we can raise well-rounded leaders of tomorrow!

At Assabiqun School, Zaria, we believe that to lead the future, one must never stop learning.
Today, 17/04/2026, our faculty participated in an intensive and high-impact professional development workshop. We were privileged to have our Director, a distinguished Professor, personally facilitate the session, focusing on the vital intersection of Advanced Teaching Methodologies and Holistic Child Management.
Using interactive digital displays to break down complex strategies, the Professor emphasized that excellence in the classroom isn't just about 'what' we teach, but 'how' we care for and understand the unique needs of every child.
From deep-diving into modern instructional design to exploring the psychology of student welfare, our teachers are now even better equipped to provide the high standards of education and empathy that our community expects from us.
We are not just teaching subjects; we are nurturing the leaders of tomorrow with both wisdom and heart.
