The holidays are here and we have decided to take some days in it to solidify our boys for the call of God on them as leaders.

We will be having a bootcamp and it's all about learning and building a life driven by values - the right ones.

Following the rules makes them good boys and good citizens. Living by values separates them as leaders. And looking at all that's happening around us we know for sure that the world is in dire need of leaders driven by virtuous values.

The bootcamp is open to boys in the city of Yenagoa and its environs and we hope your son(s) will be a part of it.

See the flyer for more details.

May the rest of the day be glorious.

Cheers.

Earlier today we continued our class on Research and the provision of solutions. Dr. Stanley Boroh was on ground again to lead us further in understanding the steps and other items we needed to know as young leaders interested in using data as key drivers in the understanding of the issues and setting up of systems and structures to tackle them.

Furthermore, the class was broken down to various teams and each team got helped with topics for their research work. In the coming weeks, they will be going to the field to collect data, analyze and then make their presentations.

We invite you to come along this journey with us.

Cheers.

Note: At the Boys Quarters Community Centre, we don't train boys, we raise leaders.

A sharp mind and strong character are indispensable for navigating the world especially as it's constituted today and that's what the boys that are part of our leadership and mentorship class at the Boys Quarters Community Centre receive from the various learning activities they engaged in.

Today, we kicked-off our class on research and we were honored to have the amiable Dr. Stanley Boroh with us. He taught on what research is, how we used it everyday without knowing and most importantly, how we can use it intentionally to better society.

Looking forward to having him in the next class before the boys go to the field on their mini research projects.

We are doing good work at the Boys Quarters Community Centre. Join us. Partner with us. Support us.

Last year in celebration of the International Day of the Boy Child, we had the concert themed "In His Honour."

It was a day to worship, dance and sing praises to God for His mercies to our sons and boys all over even as we pondered on His purpose and grace in their lives.

This year, we go again. Join us for IN HIS HONOUR 2026.

Details coming soon.

On Saturday the 10th of January 2026, we held our first event to kickstart the year's activities. The event was the second edition of The Princes' Assembly and it was held at the Sunny Springs Event Arena, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.

The Princes' Assembly is a convention of young male leaders to learn and amp their leadership skills, interact with other leaders, and decide on leadership direction and projects for the year.

The theme for this year's edition was leadership and the provision of solutions. The boys were reminded that as princes they are leaders that have been called and chosen to lead themselves, their spheres by designing solutions that address challenges and problems that they encounter. All the activities and lectures buttressed that.

This year's edition had 30 boys within the city of Yenagoa in attendance and it included a reading session with a beautiful interactive session guided by amazing facilitators. The welcome address was taken by one the boys who is an active member of the leadership development class at the Boys Quarters Community Centre with another taking the opening prayer.

The talks were delivered by Mr. Amananaowei Yfgrf Tombri and Mr. Odusi Asieri and it was a great time of learning, sharing and equipping. We are grateful for their time, dedication and all the value they rendered to the project.

Our classes and programs for the year gets in full swing from February and we look forward to seeing all the boys that will be a part of it. This year is truly going to be an amazing year for us and boys all over.

Thanks to everyone that's a source of support and encouragement to our work. Special thanks to the management of Sunny Springs Event Arena and all those who made this year's edition a great success. God bless you.

Cheers.
