The world is changing quickly; for those with a great education, opportunities abound. We live in a fast-moving world driven by knowledge, innovation and creativity. Our nation’s educational system is challenged, not functioning effectively and is threatening the coun
try’s chances of future social and economic prosperity. We need a reformation in public and private education to transform the sector and ensure that it works for a greater number of the populace and continue to improve for the greater good of the society. We are a multi-dimensional learning and development organization with bias for the educational sector. We achieve our mission by working with school proprietors, education entrepreneurs, policymakers, education leaders, practitioners, youth, national and international organizations and communities on a broad spectrum of interventions aimed at helping them to achieve quality educational delivery and higher academic attainment. By focusing on our core strengths, we believe we retain uniqueness when compared with others within the sector. Each member of our team and associates has substantial, practical experience and a good understanding of the educational sector. Our core interest areas are Education and Entrepreneurship which we see as two ends of a continuum. We believe that quality education is the foundation for self-sufficiency, preparing young people for success in life. Many young adults will work in businesses started by entrepreneurs. Some will become entrepreneurs themselves, providing jobs and wealth for society. Our objective is to support school leaders, administrators, policy makers etc to rethink their role and support them in their quest for a better educational delivery system that will produce independent individuals who are engaged citizens, contributing to the improvement of their communities.
