Can you identify any of the continents? ☺️
So we learned about our planet, and created a work of art about the world as colorful and bright as we would love it to be…
Materials used:
Balloon
Glue
Water
Tissue paper/newspaper
Poster color
Permanent marker
Paint brushes
….and lots of love
Instructions
a. Inflate a balloon and fasten securely
b. Get pieces of tissue papers or used newspapers c. Mix a part of water to two parts of glue
d. Using the paint brush, apply the pieces of paper onto the balloon and already mixed glue to make a paper mache. Coat this up to 4 times
e. Allow to dry (up to 24 hrs or more)
f. Design your balloon paper mache… we first painted the entire region blue and then drew on the continents, highlighted them with marker and colored them beautifully
g. Pop the balloon….
The End😁

Innovation is definitely not self-starting or self-perpetuating. People make it happen through their imagination, willpower, and perseverance. And whether you are a team member, a group leader, or an executive, your only real path to innovation is through people. You can’t really do it alone. -Tom Kelly

My 7yo daughter downloaded an app on my android “nail salon”…she is usually fascinated with colors…which child is not?
All my kids (7years, 5year and 21months) would bicker just to get a chance to design nails using the app.
Last Saturday, my 7yo asked to polish my nails…and I gave her that look…
“Trust me Mummy, I can do it”, She said. So, just to get her off my back (she is often so insistent) I let her.
She brought out the whole manicure set…Nail cutter, cuticle trimmer, files, nail polish remover and the nail polish of her choice…. I know how to use them and I would not hurt myself or you, she said boldly.
Let’s just say that I allowed her manicure and pedicure my nails....and she did a GREAT JOB…I did not believe it and I am rocking it this week.
She is looking forward to honing her manicure and pedicure skills and we have talked about setting up a beauty shop for her sometime in the future…lol. Now we have a childpreneur!!!
But does this stop her from being a Teacher or doctor or Engineer or Lawyer or WHATEVER she would want to be??? NO
Give your child that leverage to explore and encourage them to follow their passion…
