Dear parent,
I am writing to you in respect of your constant attack on school owners on social media.
As you write, you often forget that, these life builders are human being just like you.
They are prone to make "little mistakes" once in a while. These corrected mistakes is what is called experience.
There are many challenges school owners face every day.
They meet different parents and pupils, yet they try to serve them well. You see, these life builders are special being.
There are lots of bills to settle and charges to pay.
Sometimes,
Those big structures, facilities and school buses you see, are as a result of loan.
I am not saying all school owners take loan but, Some are on loan just to keep the school going.
From the little income, yes, I say little income because the school business is not always a profitable one.
They pay salaries, benefits, train teachers and manage the school as a whole.
Most school owners if not all, go on holiday with or without money in their account yet, they pay teachers.
What keep them going is a burning passion to be part of your children's education.
Your children's education mean so much to them.
Many parents see the numerical strength and think school owners are making gains
Do you care to know the pains these beautiful beings are passing through?
In spite of their numerical strength, it is not all parents that pay at the right time .
Many school owners have closed down just because of parents.
They shed tears in silent. While they do, some of you parents always want to tear them with daily criticism.
Yet, they still strive to bring out the best in the teachers who help in making the vision a reality.
When they motivate teachers, who motivates them?
Who brings out the best in these wonderful life builders?
Remember, they are human being just like you. They also deserve praises.
It shouldn't be about criticism all the time.
Create time to celebrate these life builders.
