HOW TO HANDLE MEMBERS AND BLOGGERS:

AS THE CHURCH YOU PASTOR BECOMES VERY LARGE:

YOU WILL HAVE MEMBERS AND BLOGGERS SEATED TOGETHER EVERY TIME YOU OPEN FOR SERVICE:

MEMBERS WHO CAME FOR FELLOWSHIP AND BLOGGERS WHO CAME FOR FAULT FINDING:

MEMBERS WHO CAME TO RECEIVE AND BLOGGERS WHO CAME TO DESTROY:

A GUY NOT HAPPY WITH ME CAME TO OUR CHURCH SERVICE FOR CLOSE TO A YEAR TO FIND FAULT IN ALL THAT I SAY:

BUT I SURVIVED HIM, BECAUSE OF WHAT I KNOW:

WHEN YOU COME TO THIS POINT IN YOUR MINISTRY, YOU HAVE TO BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL:

SEVEN THINGS THAT SHOULD GUIDE YOU WHEN THEY ARE BENT ON TWISTING EVERYTHING YOU SAY:

1. Never say anything you don't want to hear outside. Because you are already outside.

2. Never use the pulpit to settle your dispute with anyone. It is better to reach out to your brother than to use the pulpit to correct the man that doesn't even know you exist.

3. If you have to say it, never mention the name of anyone. And never you say it in a way that even a little child will know who you are talking about.

4. When you feel offended don't mount the pulpit, purge yourself of every offense, if you have to climb the pulpit. Some pastors are constantly preaching from a point of offense.

5. Always mount the pulpit with the understanding that your enemies and friends are seated together. So be careful not to fall into the hands of your enemies.

6. Anything you say on the pulpit don't come out to deny it, just learn from it and trend with it. Some people will love you for saying it, some will also hate you for saying it. You will offend your followers if they see you denying what they know you said.

7. If you say anything that gets the attention of bloggers, it means you are a global voice. Some people will say the same thing, and no one will even reckon with them, because it won't sell. Their names are not marketable and profitable.

So be grateful to God that people have what to eat, by finding fault in all that you say.

INCONCLUSION:
MEMBERS AND BLOGGERS WILL FOREVER SEAT TOGETHER. THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT.
SOME MEMBERS ARE ALSO BLOGGERS THEMSELVES.
BUT GOD WILL CONTINUE TO PROTECT HIS SERVANTS.

THE BIG QUESTION IS CAN YOU PAY THE PRICE THOSE PASTORS ARE PAYING?

YOU LOVE THE BIG SALARY:

YOU LOVE THE GOOD HOUSES THEY STAY:

YOU LOVE THE BRAND-NEW CARS THEY DRIVE:

YOU LOVE THEIR WARDROBE:

YOU LOVE THEIR FOREIGN TRIPS ABROAD:

YOUR PROBLEM IS THAT YOU ARE LOVING WHAT YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND:

AND YOU CAN'T PAY THE PRICE TO QUALIFY YOU FOR THOSE THINGS:

CAN YOU PAY THESE SEVEN PRICES? TO PROVE YOUR LOVE FOR YOUR GENERAL OVERSEER AND CHURCH?

1. Can you openly Avoid everyone your General overseer is not relating with?

2. Can you openly avoid every style of ministry your General overseer Doesn't believe in?

3. Can you preach your general overseer's message for the rest of your life?

4. Can you make reference to the quotes of your General overseer in every 5 minutes of your preaching and teaching?

5. Can you avoid writing books, no matter how good you are in writing, as long as you don't have the approval from your boss at work to write it.

6. Can you sit with members to watch tv as the pattern God gave to your general overseer? Remember every leader must build according to the pattern God gave them. You don't go to a church and argue patterns.

7. Can you have a wife that has no business with the altar as long as you are serving under that ministry?

THIS IS THE TRUTH:

That ministry is favored by God not to have an assistant Pastor like you. If you were to be there, you would have caused serious trouble.

When next you want to praise their General overseer over your own, Remember your general can't bite and that explains why there is nothing to eat on the table.

Any ministry with a good welfare package for assistant pastors, has policies that those who benefit from the welfare must keep.

YOU WANT YOUR GENERAL OVERSEER AND THE CHURCH TO BE AS BIG AS OTHER CHURCHES:

CAN YOU PAY THE PRICE TO SEE IT HAPPEN?

THE PASTOR AND HIS PAINS:

(A MUST READ FOR ALL CHURCH WORKERS)

Most times all the People see on the Pulpit is a Pastor that has everything working for Him.

No one seems to see his Pains and Perils.

But behind his designers DRESS, sometimes is a DEPRESSED Person standing.

Most times a Pastor will have to preach with a sick body not as a result of zeal but a genuine love for the people.

There are times a Pastor will have to go and deposit a dead Family member in the mortuary and still rush to the Sanctuary to bless People. You can imagine the pain of such an emotional Switch.

Sometimes you asked him where is Mummy? Because you did not see her in church, he tells you Mummy is fine. Because he can't tell you Mummy is on admission in the hospital battling for life.

Everyone in the church comes to him with their problems, But he can't tell anyone his problem within the church, Because not everyone one can really know his problems and still believe him.

There are days he will fast, Pray study and Prepare very well, yet he will come to church and see the chairs empty. No one is touched, but he is completely depressed wondering what has gone wrong.

Sometimes the same people you RAISED are angry with your own LIFTINGS, And are doing everything possible to plot your down fall, yet you have to love them and keep blessing them.

There are services, everyone is jumping and praising God for the great move of God in that service, yet there are people waiting to see Pastors for their DELAYED payment for ongoing Projects in church.

Sometimes a Committed Church worker very close to him Passes on to glory, and everyone is SAYING Pastor why? pastor why? As if Pastor is the one that gives and take life.

If there are no Miracles happening, Some People will say he is not called or he has lost his fire. The day they start seeing Miracles, some Members will say he has put his hands into evil.

There are times he uses his personal resources to do the work of God, until there is even no money to run the home front. Yet he can't tell anyone.

Dear members, As you can see, There are too many pains your man of God may be going through that he cannot tell you.

Try not to be part of anything, any gang up or any meeting to cause him more Pains.

He deserve to have Peace of mind.

IF YOU CANNOT BE A BLESSING TO HIM, ATLEAST TRY NOT TO BE A PAINFUL LESSON TO HIM.

LET US PRAY FOR OUR PASTORS:

Dear Lord we thank you for giving us the gift of a Pastor.
Help us to stand with them.
May we not cause or create pain for them.
Above all may your good hand continue to be with them.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed Amen.

FIVE KINDS OF PASTORS YOU MUST NEVER FORGET AS A PASTOR ALSO:

NO MATTER HOW BIG YOU HAVE BECOME:

EVEN IF THEY ARE NO LONGER DIRECTLY YOUR PASTOR:

NEVER FORGET THEM:

Our problem as pastors is that we are always drawn towards the reigning pastors in town. In doing this we forget the roles other Pastors played in our lives.

Sometimes always ask yourself will my current Pastor, joyfully pastor my former self that is without money?

You see the problem with money and fame, is that it connects you to two fake friends out of every three friends you have.

But these five groups of pastors you must never forget them as a pastor.

1. The pastor who raised you spiritually. If you are genuine as a Christian, the man who raised you positioned you on that part. Never forget his investment in your life.

2. The pastor who gave you free and easy access, whereas every other one blocked your access to them. Without even accepting to hear you out. I accepted to see a pastor yesterday after service who came from Lagos to see me. I am aware that he will still value the pastors he can't see after six months of trying to see them. Forgetting that it took the intervention of my head of protocol to allow me to accept to see him.

3. The pastor who accepted to inaugurate your new work that is without any form or comeliness to behold. When everyone refused to identify with your little beginning. That is why Papa Oyedepo will forever remain connected to Daddy Adeboye. Hope you know Daddy Adeboye commissioned Winners Chapel when there were no RESULTS to even commission in the first place. To know how difficult this matter is, go and meet any reigning name to come and commission your new work, it won't work out. Because it is no longer God directed you to them, it is now someone who recommended you to them. And if you don't have anyone to recommend you outside God, it won't fly.

4. The pastor who has ever helped you financially and materially. The general rule and mindset are mentorship is not sponsorship. Most pastors hide under that statement to even see the children of a fellow pastor driven out of school. If you help them clear their children's school fees, you are not sponsoring them, you are only obeying scriptures. The only problem is when the one you are doing it for, now begins to think, it is a right, not a privilege. Sow to those ahead of you, help those around you and below you. I gave hospital bill to a junior pastor outside our ministry who's child needed to be operated. That is not sponsorship, that is obeying the scriptures.

5. The pastor who stood with you in your moments of trials, crisis, and Afflictions. Life is filled with so many uncertainties and unpleasant realities. Never forget the person who stood with you during your dark days and dark phase. Pretend to be broke or have a serious issue at the moment, you will notice some pastors will forget all your sacrifices of years. Don't allow those that will not stand with you, to make you forget those that stood with you.
