Some words touch your heart differently. ❤️

As a teacher, we give so much of ourselves. We teach, encourage, correct, sacrifice and keep showing up, even on the days when nobody sees the effort.

So when someone takes a moment to say, “I see you. I see your gift. I see what God is doing through you,” it means more than words can explain.

I am deeply grateful for this beautiful message and every prayer that came with it. 🙏🏽

I may not know exactly where this journey will take me, but I know the One who called me.

I receive the grace. I receive the prayers. And I trust God for the rest. ❤️

Happy Teachers’ Day to me.

PUNISHMENT SHOULD CORRECT NOT DESTROY.

A CHILD SHOULD LEAVE DISCIPLINE WITH A LESSON, NOT A WOUND.

Yes, children need correction.
Yes, children need boundaries.
And yes, there should be consequences for wrong behaviour.

But punishment should correct, not destroy.

Before we shout, humiliate, insult or inflict pain, we need to ask ourselves:

“What exactly am I trying to teach this child?”

If the punishment only makes the child afraid of us, what have we really taught?

Discipline should help a child understand their mistake, take responsibility and learn to make better choices.

A child can be corrected without being called useless.
A child can be disciplined without being humiliated.
A child can learn consequences without losing their sense of worth.

Let our correction build the child we hope to see tomorrow, not break the child we are responsible for today.

Because one day, they may forget the punishment, but they may never forget how we made them feel.

Happy Teachers’ Day to me and every amazing teacher out there!

Teaching is more than a profession. It is the privilege of shaping minds, nurturing dreams and making a difference in the lives of children.

To every teacher who shows up, gives their best and keeps believing in their students, thank you for all you do.

We celebrate you today and always. 🌟

Happy Teachers’ Day!

🇳🇬 Happy Independence Day, Nigeria! And Happy New Month of October! 🇳🇬

Today, I’m celebrating Nigeria in my own little way.

I celebrate the Nigerian parent who keeps pushing, even when things are not easy.
I celebrate the Nigerian child who keeps learning and dreaming.
I celebrate the teachers, business owners, workers, creatives and everyday Nigerians who continue to show resilience and strength.

Some of us now live far from home. Some of our children are growing up in different countries and cultures. But no matter how far we travel, there is something about home that stays with us.

Wherever we go, we carry a piece of Nigeria with us. 🇳🇬

As we begin October, my prayer is that this month brings peace, open doors, wisdom and beautiful reasons to be grateful.

May our children grow with the knowledge of where they come from, while having the courage and capacity to make a difference wherever life takes them.

Happy Independence Day, Nigeria. 🇳🇬
Happy New Month, everyone.

Here’s to a beautiful October!

Can your Year 8 child solve this?

A simple breakdown of consecutive integers and linear equations.

Sometimes, the hardest part of a maths question is simply understanding what the question is asking.
Watch till the end and see if you get the answer before I do.

Division of Numbers Made Easy!

Dear parents, if your child finds division difficult, this simple method can make it easier to understand.

Watch, practise, and save this for later.
