At Icon Of Stars College Uyo, we understand that quality education begins with continuous learning and development. Today, our dedicated staff participated in an engaging and insightful staff training session, taking time to learn, reflect, and strengthen the skills needed to support our students effectively.
The training provided an opportunity to explore important aspects of understanding students, their emotions, behaviours, and the different factors that may influence how they respond in various situations. As educators, looking beyond the behaviour and seeking to understand its root can help us respond with greater patience, empathy, and wisdom.
