Some friendships don’t need daily calls or constant meetings.
We may not see each other often, but you live in my heart steady, familiar, unshaken by time or distance.
Thank you for being one of those rare souls whose presence is felt even in absence.
Always at heart, always appreciated.

Teach Them Early Safe and Unsafe Touch
Dear parents and caregivers,
It’s not too early to teach your child about their body and boundaries.
Children need to know that their body belongs to them not to anyone else.
They need to know the difference between safe touch (like a hug from mum or a handshake) and unsafe touch (any touch that feels confusing, painful, or secretive).
Tell them clearly:
> “No one should touch the parts of your body covered by your underwear,
and if anyone tries tell me or another trusted adult immediately.”
This isn’t “too mature” it’s protection.
Silence does not keep children innocent; it keeps them vulnerable.
Let’s raise children who can speak up, say no, and know that their voice matters.
Your child’s safety starts with open conversation. 💛

We just had our girl child initiative hangout and talk on Protecting our girls from teenage pregnancy
Protecting the girl is not just the responsibility of the girl child alone, but of parents, teachers, community, and government working together.
When a girl is guided, educated, and supported, she is empowered to make the right choices and build a brighter future.
Let us remember: when we protect the girl child, we are protecting generations yet unborn.

Parents, watch closely when your child begins to lie,
it’s a signal, not just a habit.
Correct with love, guide with patience, and show by example.
small truth nurtured today builds an honest adult tomorrow. 💡👨👩👧
Childhood is when you start teaching truth and honest behavior, not as teenagers worst of all adulthood
