Hence, we ensure that holiday makers are not left out every August.

On 22nd July, Life-Long Development Academy (LDA) had the privilege of receiving Mr. Odewunmi Olatunji, National Project Monitoring Officer for TVET and IDEAS, alongside members of the National IDEAS Project Team, during a monitoring and supportive supervision visit.

The visit was aimed at inspecting training activities, engaging with beneficiaries, and assessing programme implementation by Training Service Providers (TSPs) to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with programme standards.

During the visit, Mr. Olatunji encouraged trainees to remain committed to the training and reaffirmed the Federal Government's commitment to the successful implementation of the programme. Beneficiaries were also assured that their training stipends and start-up kits would be provided in line with the programme.

We appreciate the continued support of the Federal Ministry of Education, the IDEAS Project, and the World Bank Group in strengthening technical and vocational education and equipping Nigerian youths with skills for sustainable livelihoods.

IDEAS-TVET Cohort 3 training is implemented under the IDEAS Project of the Federal Ministry of Education with support from the World Bank.

On the 8th of June, 2026, beneficiaries of the IDEAS-TVET Fashion Design and Garment Making Programme participated in an orientation and induction session at Life-Long Development Academy .

Participants were introduced to the programme objectives, expectations and opportunities available through this initiative aimed at building a skilled workforce for national development.

The training is Implemented under the IDEAS Project of the Federal Ministry of Education with support from the World Bank Group .
