What a nice story to share
"""
""
"
An American man walked into a restaurant in
London...

As soon as he entered, he noticed an
African man sitting in the corner...

So he walked over to the counter, removed his
wallet and shouted,

"Waiter! I am buying food for everyone in this restaurant, except that black
African guy over there!"
So the waiter collected the money from the man
and began serving free food to everyone in the
restaurant, except the African...

However,insteadof becoming upset, the African
simply looked up at the

American and
shouted, "Thank you!"

That infuriated the man.
So once again, the American took out his wallet
and shouted, "Waiter! This time I am buying
bottles of wine and additional food for everyone
in this bar, except for that African sitting in the
corner over there!" So the waiter collected the
money from the man and began serving free
food and wine to
everyone in the bar except the African.

When the waiter finished serving the food and
drinks, once again, instead of becoming angry,
the African simply smiled at the American man
and shouted, "Thank you!"
That made the American man furious. So he
leaned over on the counter and said to the
waiter, "What is wrong with that African man? I
have bought food and drinks for everyone in this
bar except him, but instead of becoming angry,
he just sits there and smiles at me and shouts
'Thank you.' Is he
mad???"
The waiter smiled at the American and said, "No,
he is not mad. He is the owner of this
restaurant...

PMB China's Trip I am happy to note that Nigeria’s partnership with China through Forum on China-Africa Cooperation has resulted in the ex*****on of critical infrastructure projects valued at more than $5 billion, over the last three years. We have completed and flagged off West Africa’s first urban rail system, valued at $500 million, in Abuja. Before then was the 180km rail line that connects Abuja and Kaduna, completed and commissioned in 2016, and running efficiently since then. [ 143 more words ]

NDDC Collaborates With SMEDAN on Job Creation

August 23, 2017 | Abuja

The Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, is forging a partnership with the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria, SMEDAN, to create jobs for the teeming unemployed youths in the Niger Delta region.

The NDDC Managing Director, Mr. Nsima Ekere, stated this during a meeting with the Director General of SMEDAN, Dr Dikko Radda at the agency’s Corporate Headquarters in Abuja.
Ekere said he was convinced that SMEDAN would be able to assist NDDC to develop specific programmes relating to entrepreneurship that would be sustainable and create jobs for the unemployed youths. A situation, he said, was capable of boosting the nation’s economy and reducing the rate of youth restiveness in the Niger Delta.

The Managing Director said it was paramount for the NDDC to tackle unemployment, poverty, restiveness and other vices. He added: “One of the major causes of insecurity in our terrain is poverty and unemployment and that is why we are here, because we believe SMEDAN is strategically located to assist us.”

Ekere said the challenges facing the Niger Delta region arose from the fact that over 70 per cent of the land mass was below sea level, making it difficult and very expensive to build infrastructure.

The Director General of SMEDAN, Dr Dikko Radda assured of the agency’s commitment to partner with the NDDC to achieve its mandate of developing the Niger Delta Region. He praised
the NDDC boss for identifying and acknowledging the importance of SMEDAN in helping to actualize the mandate of the Commission.

Dr Radda stated that the SMEDAN was set up to facilitate the development and promotion of MSMEs in Nigeria and the visit of the MD of NDDC to the Agency was highly commendable and apt.

He said that the Agency was well positioned to create jobs and alleviate poverty in the country and always ready to work with the NDDC in the implementation of its work plan for the development of the Niger Delta region. He also said that SMEDAN had 23 Industrial Development Centers nationwide and four of the centers were located in the Niger Delta.

Dr Radda lamented that facilities in the IDCs were dilapidated with most of the equipment obsolete coupled with the problem of land encroachment. According to the Director General, SMEDAN was planning to convert the IDCs into enterprise clusters where enterprises involved in similar products and activities will be located in the same place with all necessary machines, equipment and trainings provided for them.

The DG assured the NDDC boss that SMEDAN would collaborate with his commission to see how both institutions could develop the sustainability of the IDCs located in the Niger Delta Region. He said SMEDAN would initiate a proposal that would be beneficial to the Niger Delta region and prayed that that the commission keys into it to develop the region.

He reiterated that SMEDAN had the experience and capacity to assist the NDDC in creating wealth and reducing poverty in the region through effective collaboration to move Nigeria forward.
The Director General of SMEDAN condemned the absence of synergy between government agencies and parastatals, noting: “We tend to see ourselves as competitors rather than collaborators.”

Dr Radda noted that the NDDC boss’s visit to the Agency was a demonstration of good visionary leadership and assured him of the Agency’s resolve to make him achieve his mandate at NDDC.

A young couple had been married for several years and could never have children. To not feel alone, they bought a Rottweiler puppy and loved him as his own son. The puppy grew to become a large, beautiful dog, except on more than one occasion the couple being attacked by robbers. He was always faithful, wanted and defended its owners against any danger.
After seven years of having the dog, the couple manage to have the long-awaited son. The couple was very happy with her new son and decreased the attention they had with the dog. This is felt neglected and began to be jealous of the baby and the dog was no longer loving and faithful who had for seven years.
One day the couple left the baby sleeping peacefully in his cradle and went to the terrace to prepare a roast. What was his surprise when they were heading to the nursery and see the dog in the hallway with a bloody mouth, moving them tail. The dog's owner thought the worst, pulled out a weapon he carried and immediately killed the dog. Spread the baby's room and finds a beheaded snake. The owner begins to mourn and exclaims I killed my faithful dog!
How often have we misjudged people Worse, the judge and condemn without investigating their behavior to be, what are your thoughts and feelings. Sometimes things are not as bad as they seem, but the opposite.
The next time we are tempted to judge and condemn anyone remember the story of a faithful dog, so learn not bear false against a person to the point of damaging their image among others.
