Our Rector, Registrar, and Admission Officer were present at this impactful national gathering, representing the vision and excellence of the institution.

In Loving Memory of Revd. Dr. Uma Ukpai (Founder, Uma Ukpai School of Theology Uyo)

The management, staff, and students of our College of Theology deeply mourn the passing of our esteemed founder, Revd. Dr. Uma Ukpai, a man whose life was devoted to the service of God and humanity.

Yesterday, we paid a condolence visit to his family to express our heartfelt sympathies and to honour the legacy of a servant of God whose vision birthed this great institution.

Revd. Dr. Ukpai’s benevolence, humility, and unwavering faith left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him. Through his generosity and passion for raising men and women grounded in the Word, he built more than a college he built a legacy of purpose, excellence, and spiritual transformation.

We pray that the Almighty God will comfort his family and grant them strength in this season. His life was indeed a testimony of impact, and his legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of many.

Rest well, God’s faithful servant. Your labour in the vineyard will never be forgotten.
